JD POSITION SUMMARY (Sr. Technical Project Manager) The Under Armour Delivery Team is seeking a Sr. Technology Project Manager to join team of project and program management professionals. As a member of the Delivery Team, he will work closely with Product Management, Design, Engineering, QA, Supplier Partners, and other business stakeholders to coordinate the delivery of digital products and features. Need someone who is detail-oriented, superior ability to communicate, excellent at team motivation & accountability, and committed to delivering on time, with a high-quality bar. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES · You lead complex projects that could span across multiple cross-functional teams responsible for building frictionless digital and physical retail experiences. · You direct activities across cross-functional teams (Digital Product, UX Design, Retail Technology, Engineering, Product & Supply Chain Applications, QA, etc.), and proactively identify and manage dependencies across them. · You inspire teamwork without direct reporting authority and focus your energies on the health of your product development team. -Responsible for budget management, documentation for steering committees, and coordination of multiple teams and vendors that are executing. · You bridge gaps between the Product Owner and the Development team, partnering with Product to ensure the product backlog is in good shape and ready for development. · You conduct Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Sprint Reviews and Demos. · You coordinate keeping project artifacts up to date in UA business systems like SharePoint, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Confluence and JIRA and are responsible for creating project monitoring tools like weekly status reports, project health dashboards and risk and decision logs to avoid project pitfalls. · You escalate issues and impacts to delivery timelines and work proactively with teams to remove barriers to project execution. · You are the liaison to teammates outside the core product development team, such as Omni Channel, Loyalty, Enterprise Data Management, Cyber Security and Legal teams, and help them interact with your team. · You innovate with the wider DTC Delivery team to create a strategy for programs & projects to ship more effectively. · Reports status on project commitments and team objectives to all levels of the organization, catering your message for each audience. QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES) · Knowledge of waterfall, agile principles, scrum and scaled agile methodologies. · Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of successful project management. · Acute attention to detail and exemplary communication & organization skills. · Proficiency in software dependency management across technology stacks, for example middleware services, web, and native applications. · Flexibility to help teams execute without perfect process or overbearing checklists. · Coordinate with third-party vendors and remote teams

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects within scope, on time, and within budget

2. Serve as the scrum master, facilitating agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring adherence to scrum principles

3. Implement and oversee change management processes to effectively manage project scope changes

4. Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders

5. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address project risks

6. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution

7. Monitor and report on project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize project delivery

Skill Requirements

1. Expertise in scrum master practices, including facilitating scrum events, coaching the team, and removing obstacles

2. In-depth knowledge of project management change management principles and methodologies

3. Proficient in agile methodology, with the ability to effectively apply agile practices in project management

4. Strong communication and leadership skills to guide project teams and collaborate with stakeholders

5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills to address project challenges effectively

6. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing project requirements

7. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
