Senior Project Manager - Fit Out

The project:

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development, including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts, along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

The role:

Mace is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Fit out to join the delivery partner team, taking ownership of high-end interior packages across a range of premium spaces.

The role will focus on the delivery of luxury lounges, hospitality areas, and entertainment environments, ensuring exceptional quality, programme adherence, and seamless integration with base build and MEP works.

You will play a key role in managing the delivery of high-specification finishes and bespoke interiors, working closely with contractors, designers, and stakeholders to achieve world-class standards.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Lead the delivery of fit-out works across premium and high-specification areas, including lounges, hospitality suites, and entertainment spaces.
• Manage contractors and specialist subcontractors to ensure works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality expectations.
• Oversee coordination between fit-out packages, base build, and MEP systems to ensure seamless integration.
• Review and manage shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and sample approvals for high-end finishes.
• Drive quality assurance across all finishes, ensuring alignment with design intent and specification.
• Monitor site progress, sequencing, and logistics to ensure efficient and safe delivery in a complex, multi-contractor environment.
• Identify and manage risks, changes, and interface issues, driving timely resolution with stakeholders.
• Lead inspections, snagging, and handover processes, ensuring a high-quality end product.
• Interface with design teams to resolve technical queries and support design intent through construction.
• Provide regular reporting on progress, risks, and performance to senior leadership.

You’ll need to have:

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Middle East project experience on similar projects.
• Proven experience in a Senior Project Manager or equivalent role delivering high-end fit-out packages on large-scale developments.
• Experience working within a PMC, delivery partner, or contractor environment on complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, sequencing, and coordination with base build and MEP systems.
• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
