Job Overview

Dragoni Design Lab is seeking an experienced and creative Senior Product Designer to lead the design and development of innovative, user-focused products. The successful candidate will work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and business teams to transform customer needs and business requirements into practical, visually compelling, and high-quality product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product design process from research and concept development through final delivery.
• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand customer needs.
• Develop user personas, customer journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Create intuitive and visually engaging product experiences across digital and physical touchpoints where applicable.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements and user insights into effective design solutions.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI standards, guidelines, and reusable design components.
• Create interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and validate solutions.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into product improvements.
• Review implemented designs and work with development teams to ensure design quality and consistency.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing products and customer experiences.
• Present design concepts, research findings, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design processes and best practices.
• Stay current with emerging product design trends, technologies, tools, and user-experience practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar senior-level position.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product design, UX/UI, problem-solving, and design-thinking capabilities.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, interaction design, and visual design.
• Experience working with cross-functional product and development teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with design systems and usability testing is highly desirable.
• Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
