This role is based in our London Farringdon office (EC1A 1AA) three days per week.

Join a high-profile pricing team operating at the centre of one of the UK’s most iconic businesses. Our work spans Domestic Parcels, Letters and International products, and the decisions we make directly influence the future success of Royal Mail.

We’re looking for Senior Pricing Analysts to deliver the models, data and insight that underpin pricing decisions across the business.

These are key roles within the pricing function, supporting the development, validation and deployment of pricing changes at scale.

About the Role

As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you’ll produce pricing models, MI and analytical outputs that support both day-to-day pricing changes and longer-term capability development.

You’ll work across multiple systems and stakeholders to ensure pricing outputs are accurate, validated and ready for deployment across all channels.

You will also:

  • Build pricing models and deliver scenario analysis and revenue insights
  • Produce and maintain pricing MI and reporting
  • Prepare and validate large pricing datasets for deployment
  • Execute and test pricing changes across systems
  • Identify and resolve data or pricing issues impacting accuracy and delivery
  • Support continuous improvement in pricing models, data and processes

About You

You’re a detail-focused, analytical thinker who can turn complex data into clear and accurate outputs.

You will bring:

  • Experience in pricing, commercial analysis, finance or similar
  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
  • Experience with BI or data tools (e.g. SQL, Qlik, Tableau or similar)
  • Ability to produce clear, accurate analysis and reporting
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Understanding of data governance and control

Desirable:

  • Experience with pricing or commercial systems
  • Understanding of pricing processes or customer-to-cash environments
  • Experience with advanced analytical and data transformation tools such as Python, Alteryx or similar
  • Experience supporting pricing or system change initiatives
