Senior Planning Engineer
Location: Kuwait

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules covering Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Testing, Commissioning, and Handover.
- Develop logic-linked baseline schedules and maintain critical paths.
- Monitor resources, progress, and project performance against approved baselines.
- Establish and maintain progress measurement and reporting systems.
- Prepare look-ahead plans and updated project forecasts.
- Analyse delays, identify schedule impacts, and develop recovery options.
- Consolidate planning inputs from Project Managers, discipline engineers, procurement, and construction teams.
- Prepare clear progress, performance, and schedule reports for management and clients.
- Monitor engineering and procurement activities to ensure alignment with construction requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Planning.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading integrated EPC schedules.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of critical-path analysis, resource loading, and progress measurement.
- Experience in Engineering and Procurement schedule integration.
- Strong experience in delay analysis and recovery planning.
- Experience in baseline development and progress updates.
- Strong English technical reporting and communication skills.
- Power BI experience is preferred.
