We are located in Dataran Sentral, Seremban, and are humbled to see a wide range of cases, focusing mainly on musculoskeletal, sports and neurology.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Physiotherapist, located in Seremban. The role involves conducting assessments of patients' physical conditions, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and guiding patients through rehabilitation exercises and pain management strategies. The Senior Physiotherapist will oversee treatment programs, monitor patient progress, provide advice on injury prevention and deliver detailed reports to all stakeholders. The role also requires collaboration with a team of healthcare professionals and mentoring junior physiotherapists when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of physiotherapy techniques, rehabilitation programs, and evidence-based practices.
• Proficiency in assessing physical conditions, creating tailored treatment plans, and implementing therapy effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to provide pain education, self-management advice, and preventive care strategies.
• Experience in mentoring junior staff and contributing to professional development.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy; relevant certifications or training are an advantage.
• Local with at least 5 years of hands-on clinical experience in physiotherapy.
• Commitment to patient care and fostering a supportive, professional treatment environment.
• Able to start as soon as possible.
• Able to work full-time only.
• Speaks fluent English and Malay (Mandarin and/or Tamil will be an added bonus).
• Proactive and willing to learn.
• Excellent PR/communication skills.
• Have basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Able to work independently.
• Possesses own transport and is able to drive for home visits.
• Willing to relocate to a different location if necessary (with advance notice provided).
