The opportunity

We're working with a well established media agency in Dublin to find a Senior Paid Social Manager who's ready to step into real ownership: strategy, performance, and delivery across a portfolio of high profile accounts, plus the leadership of a small team of Paid Social Managers, Specialists and Executives.

You'll be setting the paid social direction for major clients and shaping how a team delivers against it. If you're commercially sharp, comfortable in front of clients, and you actually enjoy developing people rather than just managing them, this is worth a serious look.

Where you'll spend your time

• Owning strategy, planning, and results for your portfolio of assigned clients
• Leading paid social activity across Meta, Eurostaffs, TikTok, Snapchat, BeReal, X, and Pinterest
• Managing relationships with top tier clients, including a seat at the table for the important conversations
• Making sure delivery, optimisation, reporting, and reconciliation are accurate and land on time, every time
• Reviewing team output and holding the line on quality across planning, implementation, and reporting
• Being the first point of escalation when campaign, quality, platform, or reconciliation issues come up
• Working closely with the Digital Performance Director and collaborating across Search, Social, and wider media teams
• Supporting workload management, knowledge sharing, and integrated planning across the group
• Coaching and developing junior team members through regular one to ones, feedback, and performance reviews
• Setting priorities, reallocating work, approving leave, and having input into salary reviews

What you'll bring

• 6+ years in paid social, ideally built inside a media agency
• Strong grasp of campaign planning, activation, optimisation, measurement, and reporting
• Solid experience across the major paid social platforms
• A confident, polished client communicator with genuine presentation skills
• Experience mentoring or line managing junior team members
• Familiarity with tracking, tags, events, and Google Tag Manager, including troubleshooting when things go sideways
• Sharp organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise under pressure
• Comfort managing multiple clients and competing deadlines at once
• A collaborative, proactive, commercially minded approach to the work

Salary from 55K DOE + benefits
