Key Responsibilities

Operational Ownership:

Lead and optimize company-wide operational processes. Ensure efficiency, accountability, and measurable performance across departments.

Process Improvement:

Identify inefficiencies, redesign workflows, and implement scalable systems that support business growth.

Team Leadership:

Mentor department managers, conduct performance reviews, and create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Business Performance:

Don't manage by assumptions. Use operational data, KPIs, and financial metrics to guide decisions and improve performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with finance, HR, commercial, and executive leadership to align operational priorities with company objectives.

Stakeholder Management:

Present operational insights, strategic recommendations, and business performance reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For?

Experience:

8+ years in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Corporate Services, with at least 3+ years in senior leadership.

Track Record:

A proven history of improving operational efficiency, managing multi-functional teams, and delivering measurable business results.

Leadership:

Strong people leadership with experience building and scaling high-performing teams.

Systems Thinking:

You understand how processes, people, and performance metrics connect to business success.

Language Skills:

English (Professional/Fluent) is required for executive communication. Arabic is considered a strong advantage.

Mindset:

You are strategic, decisive, and execution-focused. You know when to optimize existing systems, when to challenge outdated processes, and when to make bold operational decisions.
