About the Job

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Operations Manager to lead our restaurant operations, drive team performance, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee daily operations, people, quality, costs, and profitability, while ensuring high standards across all outlets. You will also play a key role in process improvement, new openings, and business growth.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who is commercially focused, people-oriented, and passionate about hospitality.

Your Role

The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experience, operational efficiency, financial performance, and compliance with health, safety, and company standards. This role provides strategic and hands-on leadership across all functional areas of the restaurant, including front-of-house, back-of-house, staffing, inventory, and quality control, while driving continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience leading restaurant operations, ideally in a high-volume or multi-outlet environment.
• Strong knowledge of P\&L, budgeting, cost control, labor, food cost, and profitability.
• The ability to lead, coach, and develop teams while creating a positive and accountable culture.
• A strong understanding of guest experience, food quality, service standards, and operational compliance.
• A data-driven approach to KPIs, performance improvement, and decision-making.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
• Confidence managing multiple priorities, teams, and operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• A genuine passion for hospitality, people, and delivering exceptional experiences.
• The drive to take ownership, challenge the status quo, and help grow and scale the business.
