Hiring: Senior MEP \& Infrastructure Cost Estimation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Estimation Engineer to join our team in Riyadh and support the pricing and tendering of major infrastructure and utility projects.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP and Infrastructure Cost Estimation \& Tendering.

- Strong experience in pricing infrastructure projects, including water, wastewater, utility networks, pumping stations, and related works.

- Previous experience with major clients such as NWC, SWCC, Diriyah Company, Qiddiya, MODON, or similar government entities.

- Sound knowledge of FIDIC Contracts.

- Strong understanding of subcontractor and supplier pricing.

- Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals.

- Transferable Iqama and immediate availability are preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions.

- Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.

- Identify project risks and pricing assumptions.

- Support business development and tendering activities.
