The Opportunity
This position works out of our Imazium Damansaralocation in the
Abbott Nutrition division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. As a Senior Medical Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and implementing the Medical Marketing Plan to achieve defined sales and marketing objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Explore medical marketing opportunity and define strategies.
- Work with Medical \& Regulatory team to build brand communication.
- Collaborate with the Sales team for the ideation, planning \& budgeting, production and implementation of all in channel activities, including patient and sales materials and promotions.
- Work with Commercial Excellence \& Ethical sales team on brand messaging \& prepare sales tools to effectively present the brand.
- Establish measurement to track effectiveness of activities. Analyze and report results of activities and provide recommendations and forecasts.
- Support in execution of activities and in achieving the sales and KPI measures, while ensuring the desired product benefits and brand values/equity are properly communicated.
- Development \& execution of training programs.
- Ensure that feedback is taken into account by regularly visiting with the ethical sales team, customers and hospitals/clinics.
- Identify \& craft Key Opinion Leader (KOL) strategies.
- Manage patient \& sales materials, ensuring efficient spending of budget and is responsible for the ethical channel budget.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 4-6 years in medical marketing in Pharmaceutical Company.
- Marketing management and strategic planning experience.
- Highly articulate and persuasive in formal and informal presentations.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Able to multi-task and operate in regulated environment (both external \& internal)
- Energetic, creative, integrity and customer- oriented.
- Willing to take challenges and work under pressure.
- Continuous Improvement behavior.
- Resourceful and work independently
