What you’ll do

The role responsibilities include:

· Deliver mechanical engineering design and technical support across FEED, EPC, EPCm, and brownfield projects .

· Prepare and develop mechanical datasheets, material requisitions, and project specifications in accordance with project requirements and international standards.

· Conduct technical bid evaluations (TBE) and provide technical clarifications during procurement and vendor selection processes.

· Review and approve vendor documentation including datasheets, drawings, P\&IDs, and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project specifications.

· Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (process, piping, civil, electrical, and instrumentation) to ensure alignment of mechanical equipment interfaces.

· Interface with clients, vendors, and contractors to resolve technical issues and provide engineering support throughout project lifecycle.

· Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) , commissioning activities, and ensure equipment readiness for installation and operation.

· Provide technical assurance for a range of equipment including compressors, pumps, and chemical injection skids .

· Participate in project kick-off meetings, design reviews, and technical discussions with stakeholders.

· Contribute to cost estimation activities and project deliverables delivery within schedule and quality requirements .

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering . Professional
  • Engineering License (or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering within oil \& gas, petrochemical, refinery, or related industries .
  • Proven experience supporting FEED, EPC/EPCm, and brownfield projects . Demonstrated experience working with international clients and large-scale industrial projects .
  • Strong knowledge of rotating and packaged equipment , including compressors, pumps, and heat exchangers.
  • Hands-on experience in:
    • Mechanical datasheet preparation
    • Material requisitions and specifications
    • Technical bid evaluations and vendor management
    • Vendor document review and approval
  • Familiarity with international codes and standards (API, ISO, ASME, etc.) .
