Senior Massage Therapist

The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality spa treatments while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction. The role involves maintaining a calm, professional environment, adhering to hygiene standards, and promoting the spa’s services and products.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, and other therapies as per spa standards
• Conduct client consultations to understand needs, preferences, and any health conditions
• Ensure treatment rooms are prepared, clean, and properly sanitized before and after each session
• Recommend suitable treatments, packages, and retail products to guests
• Maintain accurate treatment records and guest feedback
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with company policies and local regulations
• Promote a relaxing and welcoming spa atmosphere at all times
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally
• Attend training sessions and team meetings as required
