Your mission
As our Senior Marketing Manager Spain \& LATAM, you will help shape, drive and execute marketing activities in one of our largest and most important markets. You will connect local market needs with our global marketing, content and brand strategy, ensuring that campaigns are focused, effective and aligned across Sales, Customer Success and Marketing.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure in a dynamic environment, turning ideas into clear plans and creating marketing initiatives that support growth, retention and customer engagement in Spain.
What you’ll do
- Plan, coordinate and implement local marketing campaigns for Spain \& LATAM in close collaboration with the local Content Marketing Manager and global Marketing, Content and Brand teams.
- Partner with the local Content Marketing Manager (Spain \& LATAM) on shared marketing initiatives.
- Translate local Sales and Customer Success needs into focused marketing priorities, clear campaign plans and measurable goals.
- Build and maintain a structured marketing roadmap for Spain in coordination with the local Content Marketing Manager and the Marketing Director, including timelines and KPIs.
- Develop campaign concepts, frameworks, briefings and marketing materials that are aligned with content, design and brand requirements.
- Support local event participation, including preparation, lead generation activities, follow-ups and reporting.
- Help balance local positioning needs for our local product brands with the global brand positioning of Seven Education.
- Facilitate clear communication between local teams and global stakeholders, helping the organisation stay focused on agreed priorities.
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in marketing roles.
- Strong experience in planning, coordinating and implementing marketing campaigns, ideally in SaaS, EdTech or another dynamic environment.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English. German or Portuguese language skills are a plus.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to structure complex topics, timelines and stakeholder needs.
- A proactive, independent and solution-oriented working style.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect teams, clarify priorities and drive alignment across departments.
- Confidence working in a changing environment where priorities, structures or responsibilities may evolve.
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects or end-to-end campaigns is a plus.
Where you’ll be
This role is based in Madrid or Girona and works in a hybrid setup. You combine flexible remote work with regular onsite presence at one of our hubs, as personal exchange is an important part of how we collaborate, learn, and grow together. Being on site supports close cross-functional collaboration, strong alignment across the group, and a real connection to our culture.
