Job Description

Role Type: 14-month Full Time Contract (Maternity Leave Cover)

The opportunity:

Reporting to the Head of Individual Philanthropy \& Supporter Relations, you'll lead the Supporter Relations team and oversee the Institute's fundraising CRM, donor data, reporting and business intelligence capability.

You'll champion a data-driven culture by ensuring donor information is accurate, secure and accessible, while providing strategic insights that inform fundraising decisions and strengthen supporter engagement.

You'll also lead the optimisation of Raiser's Edge NXT, develop impactful Power BI dashboards, and drive continuous improvement projects that enhance fundraising performance and operational effectiveness.

What you’ll do

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Supporter Relations team

Oversee donor data governance, quality and CRM administration

Optimise Raiser's Edge NXT to improve fundraising operations

Develop executive dashboards and reporting using Power BI

Translate complex data into meaningful insights for senior leaders and the Board

What you’ll bring

Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams

Strong experience managing CRM platforms, ideally Raiser's Edge NXT or a similar fundraising CRM

Expertise in data governance, reporting and business intelligence

Advanced experience developing dashboards using Power BI or similar visualisation tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights
