Description:
The company is a global consumer health company founded in 1905, with operations in 60+ countries, a portfolio of international brands, manufacturing in Asia, and backing from a healthcare-focused private equity firm. They are seeking a financial strategic partner of plant management to improve production costs and benefits, and to support financial analysis, reporting, and overall payroll, finance, and accounting tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting/Finance
- At least 8 plus years in management level in Finance or accounting with manufacturing in MNC company.
- Background and ability to demonstrate a high level of technical and managerial skills in the accounting \& operations environment.
- Strong experience with standard cost accounting.
- Strong communication with colleagues across the globe to accomplish.
- Able to work well with shifting proprieties and multiple deadlines.
- Expertise in financial forecasting and budgeting.
- Expertise in managerial financial reporting and analysis.
- Working knowledge of GAAP and SOX requirements.
- Proficiency level in MS Excel and Power point.
- Ability to extract data from main ERP and develop analysis.
- Proven leadership skills with ability to build trust, provide direction, drive alignment and execute with excellence.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have strong planning, organization, and problem solving.
Preferred:
