Role Purpose

The Senior Manager – Damla Brand \& Stills Innovation, Türkiye is responsible for driving the Damla brand strategy and performance while leading a strong, consumer-centric innovation agenda across the Stills portfolio in Türkiye (including Damla, Fuse Tea, Cappy, and adjacent still categories).

This role serves as the key connector between the local market and the Innovation Hub, ensuring that innovation pipelines are rooted in deep consumer understanding, local market realities, and business opportunities. The role combines brand stewardship with end-to-end innovation leadership — from identifying consumer opportunities and shaping concepts to commercialization and market execution.

The position requires close collaboration across Marketing, Innovation, Commercial, R\&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Insights, PAC, Franchise, and bottling partners to ensure brand growth, innovation excellence, and strong in-market activation.

Key Responsibilities

Damla Brand Leadership \& Growth

  • Lead the Damla brand strategy and execution in Türkiye, ensuring alignment with category growth priorities and long-term brand equity objectives.
  • Develop and execute national, regional, channel, and customer-specific programs to strengthen brand relevance, penetration, and consumer engagement. O
  • wn local consumer insights and market understanding to continuously refine brand strategy, communication, and activation.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver brand programs, campaigns, and innovation launches.
  • Oversee execution of market-facing initiatives including promotions, POS activations, experiential programs, and customer/channel-specific plans.
  • Manage DME (Direct Marketing Expenditure) and ensure strong financial discipline across owned projects.
  • Partner with agencies, bottlers, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery of approved marketing materials and campaigns.

Stills Innovation Leadership

  • Lead the end-to-end innovation agenda for the Stills category in Türkiye, including concept generation, development, validation, and commercialization.
  • Collaborate closely with the Innovation Hub, Marketing, R\&D, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to build a robust, future-ready innovation pipeline. Translate consumer insights, cultural trends, and demand spaces into differentiated product, packaging, and experience solutions across still categories.
  • Act as the primary market interface for Stills innovation, ensuring strong alignment between local needs and global innovation capabilities.
  • Ensure innovation opportunities are relevant, feasible, scalable, and commercially impactful.
  • Partner with bottlers and franchise teams to ensure high-quality execution, localization, and launch excellence.
  • Ensure innovations meet consumer needs while delivering against quality, regulatory, cost, supply chain, and operational requirements.
  • Support launch plans with clear commercialization frameworks, including activation, communication, and market readiness.
  • Track innovation performance and translate learnings into future pipeline improvements.

Cross Functional \& Network Leadership

  • Lead a broad cross-functional network across Marketing, Insights, IMX, Commercial, RGM, Technical, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and bottling partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of connection between Türkiye teams and Innovation Hub stakeholders.
  • Build and activate internal and external innovation ecosystems, including suppliers, agencies, and development partners.
  • Inspire collaboration, accountability, and shared ownership across functions and partners.
  • Lead and coach team members while creating a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and execution excellence.

Qualifications \& Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in brand management, innovation, marketing, or category management within FMCG or beverages.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, brand building, and innovation strategy.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects from concept to execution. Strong commercial acumen and experience working across R\&D, Supply Chain, agencies, and bottling partners.
  • Analytical, project-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
