The Operations team at SB Partners LLP is seeking an innovative, strategic and results-oriented Senior Manager, Brand, Growth and Marketing to join our firm.

Purpose of the position:
The Senior Manager, Brand, Growth and Marketing will lead the execution and continued development of the firm's brand, marketing positioning, and client experience initiatives. This role works closely with firm leaders to support strategic priorities, strengthen client engagement, enhance the firm's market presence, and support the development of emerging leaders.

Given the need to develop a comprehensive understanding of the firm and strong internal relationships, the role requires a regular in-office presence—typically at least three days per week.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Provide strategic and operational input on brand, growth, and client experience priorities by identifying market opportunities, emerging needs, and areas to strengthen the firm’s presence. Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support alignment and deliver effective marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the daily workflow of the department; scheduling, organizing, and assigning projects to members of the marketing team and communicating timelines.
  • Collaborate with service line leaders to support client acquisition, retention, and overall client experience, ensuring alignment with firm priorities.
  • Lead the planning and execution of community sponsorship and engagement initiatives.
  • Manage relationships and coordinate meetings, networking events, follow-ups, and engagement activities with current and prospective stakeholders (clients, referral sources, community contacts).
  • Oversee the development and continuous improvement of proposals, RFP responses, and pitch materials to strengthen consistency, quality, and effectiveness.
  • Support relationship-building initiatives, including helping emerging leaders strengthen their skills in transitioning client relationships, building networks, and developing strong professional connections.
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop and deliver marketing-related training.
  • Oversee and guide the firm’s website, social media channels, and digital presence, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business priorities.
  • Maintain the firm’s brand guidelines and support consistent brand messaging across initiatives.
  • Develop and oversee the department’s operating budget in alignment with partnership-approved parameters.
  • Manage vendor, partner, and agency relationships, including performance monitoring and evaluation of results.
  • Support the evaluation and continuous improvement of the client experience lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with CASL and AODA requirements.

What you offer:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • 9+ years of professional experience in marketing, brand, or strategic roles, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
  • Experience providing senior leadership across brand, marketing, and growth initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of growth, business development, and client experience.
  • Excellent communication, project management, networking and presentation skills.
  • Strong business writing and editing skills.
  • Experience with marketing tools and digital platforms (CMS, analytics, etc.).
  • Ability to adapt to organizational needs and thrive in dynamic environments.

This posting is to fill a current vacancy. The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $135,000 per year. Compensation within the posted range will be based on the successful candidate's qualifications, experience and skills.
