The Senior Labor and Employee Relations Specialist (m/f/d) is responsible for managing complex labor and employee relations matters, with a particular focus on German labor law and works council collaboration. The role ensures legally compliant, business-aligned implementation of personnel measures and acts as a key interface between management, Human Resources and employee representation bodies.

This position reports to the Sr. Director Human Resources Central Europe and is part of the regional German Human Resources team located in Dreieich and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

  • Lead and manage co-determination procedures (e.g. §99, §102 BetrVG)
  • Support negotiations with works councils
  • Advise leadership on labor law and employee relations
  • Support organizational changes and transformation processes
  • Develop policies, frameworks, and training content in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders

Who you are:

  • University degree in HR, or Business Administration or comparable experience
  • Hands-on approach and with urge to drive things forward
  • Extensive experience in Labor \& Employee Relations
  • Deep knowledge of German labor law and BetrVG
  • Fluent in German and English

Travel

  • Occasional travel might be necessary but is no major part of the role

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Working in an international company with matrix organization
  • Building a relationship with different levels of stakeholders and employee representation groups
