Senior IT Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls.

Configure and maintain VLANs and managed network switches.

Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and related services.

Manage and monitor backup solutions to ensure data security and recovery.

Configure and support Microsoft 365 (Office 365), Exchange Online, and other email platforms.

Provide onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

Perform other IT support and administrative duties as assigned

Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain CCTV systems.

Configure and support access control systems.

Install and maintain video intercom and audio intercom systems.

Perform testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of ELV systems.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors for ELV projects.

Prepare site reports and recommendations for system improvements.

Conduct site surveys and prepare technical assessments.

Prepare BOQ, material requirements, and cost estimations for IT and ELV projects.

Perform SIRA Video Guard verification and related compliance activities.

Required Qualifications

Minimum **4 years of total IT experience**.

* Minimum **2 years of IT experience in the UAE**.

Mandatory Requirements

* Valid **UAE Driving License**.

* Ability to travel to client locations across the UAE when required.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
