Senior Interior Designer

Responsibilities for ID :

All rounded design involvement which includes Concept Design, Space Planning, Documentation, Joinery Detailing and Coordination

Meet up and discuss with clients regarding project scope and time schedule

Preparation of floor plans to be presented to client and building management

Develop design concepts and 3D modeling to convey ideas to clients

Preparation of production detailed drawings

Responsible for colour coordination, selection of materials / textures / images, furniture / fittings, specifications and preparation of colour / material boards for presentations.

Able to do presentations in front of clients.

Collaborate with clients \& contractors, in order to deliver the projects smoothly

Requirements for ID :

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Architecture, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.

Required skill(s): AUTOCAD, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop \& MS Office.

Passionate in interior design with good knowledge in selection of colours and materials.

Pleasant personality with good integrity and strong sense of responsibilities

Confidence in interacting with a variety of consultants, sub-consultants and suppliers
