Able to work independently while collaborating closely with management and the project team.

Experience with ENF-grade panels, premium hardware systems, sintered stone, lighting integration, customised cabinetry and overseas factory coordination will be an advantage.

You will be joining at an important stage as we develop a new premium division within the business.

This gives the successful candidate an opportunity to:

Work directly with the company director.

Have meaningful creative responsibility.

Focus on premium rather than mass-market projects.

Work on landed and higher-value residential projects.

Work with premium flooring, bespoke carpentry and architectural materials.

Help establish the design standards of a new business direction from the beginning.

Grow towards a future Design Lead / Design Director position as the division develops.

What Matters Most to Us. Your portfolio matters more than your job title.

You should be comfortable working through the complete design process:

Concept → Space Planning → Material Selection → 3D → Technical Detailing → Production → Site Execution

We are specifically looking for a designer rather than an ID salesperson.
