Senior Industrial Supply Manager

Job Summary:

MSA Industrial Tools Bahrain is seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Industrial Supply Manager to oversee supply chain operations, procurement coordination, inventory management, and supplier performance across our industrial products business. What you'll do:

• Lead industrial supply, procurement, inventory, and distribution operations to ensure efficient product availability
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that improve operational performance and customer service
• Manage supplier relationships, sourcing activities, and vendor performance initiatives
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment planning to support business requirements
• Analyze supply chain data and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with sales, operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless supply processes
• Oversee purchasing activities, demand planning, and inventory optimization initiatives
• Support budget planning, forecasting, and resource allocation activities
• Drive continuous improvement projects that enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks
• Lead and mentor team members while promoting a culture of accountability and operational excellence

Requirements:

• Experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, inventory management, industrial operations, or related fields
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operational projects effectively
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with suppliers, inventory systems, and operational reporting tools
• Understanding of purchasing, sourcing, logistics, and supply chain processes
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is welcomed

Pay: BD1,800.000 - BD3,000.000 per month
