What awaits you

  • Manage the full employment lifecycle documentation, including drafting and reviewing employment contracts, addendums, terminations, and issuing employment certificates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across all HR systemsHandle all employment-related administrative formalities (hire, suspension, termination) in compliance with legal requirements
  • Coordinate employee medical check-ups (new joiners and existing employees), ensuring timely scheduling and follow-up
  • Manage and validate time \& attendance data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with payroll processing
  • Own the end-to-end payroll process, including preparation, validation, and final approval of payroll calculations
  • Maintain and update all payroll-related data, including salary changes, benefits, bonuses, and deductions
  • Perform detailed payroll checks and validations to ensure accuracy of all payments and records
  • Prepare, validate, and submit all payroll-related reports, declarations, and tax filings in compliance with local legislation
  • Ensure full compliance with labor law, tax regulations, and internal company policies
  • Act as a key point of contact for payroll-related topics, ensuring effective collaboration with HR, Finance, and other internal stakeholders
  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate payroll documentation
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to personnel costs
  • Analyze payroll data (salary costs, bonuses, variations) and highlight risks or inconsistencies
  • Contribute to improving payroll and HR processes and participate in implementation, testing, and improvement of HR and payroll systems and tools

What should you bring along

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, International Business, Law, or a related field. A Master's Degree or professional certification is a plus
  • Proven knowledge and experience with payroll and coordinating employment processes and documentation, as well as bringing improvements and standardization
  • Experience in contributing to projects focused on redesigning and digitalizing employment processes
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling complex assignments, navigating HR policies and working in a dynamic work environment
  • Experience working in a multinational or cross-cultural environment, as well as in fast scaling organizations
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills
