Senior hairdresser / Salon manager

WE’RE HIRING: SALON MANAGER \& STYLIST

An exciting opportunity for an ambitious, experienced hairdresser ready for their next chapter.

We’re looking for a friendly, passionate and motivated individual to join our salon as a Salon Manager \& Stylist.

This isn’t your typical salon management role. You won’t be responsible for managing a team of people, but you will play a vital role in keeping our salon running smoothly, maintaining our high standards and helping us continue to grow.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, loves connecting with people and wants to be part of something special.

THE ROLE

This is a varied position combining creative hairdressing with salon management and content creation.

Your 5 day week will typically involve:

• 3–4 days behind the chair, building relationships with clients and delivering exceptional hair services.
• 1–2 days of admin and management, ensuring the salon runs efficiently and continues to look and feel its best.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering outstanding hair services and client experiences.
• Managing your own diary and supporting the founder with diary management.
• Ordering stock and ensuring the salon is well organised, clean and maintained to a high standard.
• Communicating with the freelance stylists to ensure everyone is working together to maintain the salon’s standards.
• Creating and posting engaging social media content to showcase the salon and its team.
• Supporting the continued growth and development of the business.

Pay: £25,420.00-£50,000.00 per year
