Responsibilities

• Provide expert hair styling, cutting, coloring, and treatment services tailored to client preferences
• Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
• Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards in all work areas and tools
• Upsell retail hair products and additional salon services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
• Build strong client relationships through effective communication and professional consultation
• Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hairdresser with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating diverse styling skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to engage clients effectively
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards within a salon setting
• Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining professionalism
• Strong retail sales skills with a focus on enhancing client experience through product recommendations
• Experience managing front desk operations or administrative tasks is preferred
• Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for hairdressing professionals
