We are looking for a creative and versatile Senior Graphic Designer \& Video Editor to bring our brand to life across every visual touchpoint. This is a hybrid creative role for someone who can move fluidly between static design and motion — crafting scroll-stopping social content, polished campaign assets, and engaging video that tells our story and drives results. The ideal candidate combines a sharp design eye with strong storytelling instincts, video editing craft, and the ability to produce high-quality work at the pace of modern digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Design on-brand visual assets across digital and print: social media content, ads, banners, email creatives, landing pages, packaging, and in-store materials.
- Translate marketing briefs and campaign concepts into compelling, conversion-focused visuals.
- Maintain and evolve brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and sub-brands.
- Develop layouts, typography, and visual systems that elevate the brand's premium positioning.
Video Editing \& Motion
- Edit engaging short-form and long-form video for social (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube), ads, and campaigns.
- Produce motion graphics, animated assets, transitions, and on-screen text/subtitles.
- Handle color grading, sound editing, pacing, and storytelling to deliver polished final cuts.
- Repurpose and adapt video content across formats and aspect ratios for different platforms.
Content Creation \& Storytelling
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ideate and storyboard campaign concepts.
- Bring an editorial, narrative-driven approach to visual content that connects with the audience.
- Stay current with design and social video trends, formats, and platform best practices.
AI \& Creative Tools (a plus)
- Leverage AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Kling, or similar) to accelerate ideation and production where relevant.
- Explore new tools and techniques to improve creative quality and output speed.
Workflow \& Collaboration
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality and brand standards.
- Organize and maintain asset libraries, project files, and version control.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and deliver assets ready for publishing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, Film, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio).
- 4–6 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both static design and motion/video work.
- Solid understanding of social media content formats and platform requirements.
- Strong sense of composition, typography, color, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or premium/lifestyle brands.
- Familiarity with AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Kling).
- Photography or videography skills (shooting, lighting, direction).
- Basic motion design/animation beyond editing (2D animation).
- Understanding of performance creative — designing for conversion, not just aesthetics.
Pay: ﷼1,500.00 - ﷼2,000.00 per month
