Job Responsibilities
- Lead the creative development and execution of marketing, branding, and promotional materials for our FMCG food brands across both online and offline platforms.
- Ensure all creative assets are aligned with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and marketing strategies.
- Design and develop a wide range of creative materials, including packaging, POSM, digital content, social media creatives, and event collaterals as required.
- Perform thorough quality checks (self-QC) to ensure artwork accuracy and production readiness before final submission.
- Stay updated on design trends, consumer insights, and industry best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the creative team.
- Support and mentor junior designers, fostering creative excellence and maintaining high-quality design standards.
Requirements
- Possess at least an SPM/STPM, Diploma, Foundation, or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the FMCG, branding, or digital/e-commerce industry.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Good understanding of digital and print production processes.
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI-powered design tools is an added advantage.
- Strong creativity with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Pay: RM4,200.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
