At Lotto NZ, we’re believers in inspiring Kiwis to dream big. So, working with us means doing meaningful mahi that benefits good causes across Aotearoa. All while having fun along the way.
Everything we do comes back to making sure Kiwis can play in a way that’s healthy and fun, whilst returning 100% of our profits back into our communities around Aotearoa.
You’ll lead the creation of high‑impact and digital design across campaigns, point‑of‑sale, corporate comms, and Lotto NZ’s owned digital channels. You’ll take projects from brief to finished art, ensuring every piece is accurate, on‑brand, and delivered on time. You’ll collaborate closely with the Art Director, Motion Director, and wider Marketing team, while mentoring junior designers and reviewing static design work when needed. You’ll also build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers, all while keeping workflow processes humming and staying curious about upcoming projects.
You’ll be part of a dynamic in‑house creative team that sits at the heart of Lotto NZ’s marketing mahi. The team partners with Marketing, Corporate Communications, People \& Culture, and Retail to deliver design that’s not only beautiful but purposeful — helping raise funds that support communities across Aotearoa. You’ll work alongside an Art Director who champions high standards and a Motion Director who brings ideas to life through movement. Your role adds senior design capability to the mix, ensuring every touchpoint — from point‑of‑sale to digital channels — is cohesive, on‑brand, and impactful.
