ROLE SUMMARY

As a Senior Functional Consultant and Delivery Lead at NTT DATA, you will serve as the primary client-facing engagement lead for banking data governance, regulatory compliance, and enterprise data transformation programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Executive Engagement Workshop Leadership

• Design and facilitate workshops with banking executives.
• Define and prioritize Critical Data Elements (CDEs).
• Align business goals into functional roadmaps.

2. Target Operating Model Business Governance

• Define enterprise Data Governance Target Operating Models.
• Establish Business Glossaries and data policies.
• Establish Data Quality metrics and remediation processes.

3. Program Delivery Leadership Oversight

• Lead functional delivery streams.
• Partner with Technical Architects and Engineering Leads.
• Oversee UAT and executive sign-offs.

CORE COMPETENCIES SKILLS

• Banking Domain Depth, Executive Consulting, Data Governance Strategy, Functional-to-Tech Bridge.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: 8-12 years in Functional Consulting, Business Analysis, or Banking Transformation.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Communications, or related field.
• Nice to Have: Familiarity with Collibra, Purview, Alation, Informatica; CDMP, CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum certifications.
