Senior Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a full-time Senior Full Stack Developer to join our software engineering team. This position requires experience in making decisions and working both independently and as part of a small, dynamic team where the candidate does make a difference. This individual should possess extensive knowledge in front-end development, including expertise in frameworks such as React JS, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, NodeJs, ExpressJs and more.

You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important. As a Fullstack Developer, you will be involved from conception to completion with projects that are technologically sound and aesthetically impressive.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and implement both frontend and backend components of software applications
● Engineering management - mid level (project planning, coordinating with stakeholders, managing small dev team, converting business requirements into tech specs etc.)
● Develop user-facing features using React JS, ensuring the responsiveness and performance of the application
● Build server-side components and Microservices using ExpressJs adhering to best practices for scalability and reliability.
● Collaborate with designers product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
● Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for both frontend and backend components. ● Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Implement security and data protection measures
● Develop and maintain scalable and efficient full-stack applications
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to defi ne, design, and ship new features

● Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
● Identify and correct bottlenecks and fi x bugs in existing applications

Prerequisites

● 7+ years of hands on development experience
● Developing front-end website architecture which includes designing interactive, responsive, and dynamic web pages
● Developing back-end applications, databases and servers for creating a highly functional website
● Troubleshooting, suggesting improvements and debugging
● Expertise in ExpressJS , SQL DB, ReactJS
