01. ABOUT THE COMPANY
Dizzaract is a product-driven company operating at the intersection of gaming, digital platforms, and AI. We build and scale multiple products — including Farcana, Gamed, and FAR Labs — each exploring a different space, but united by a shared approach: moving fast, staying curious, and focusing on things that people actually use. We operate as a collaborative, non-hierarchical team where ideas are valued based on their impact, not theirorigin, and where AI is embedded across everything we build — from infrastructure to product decisions.
02. ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to build and scale user-facing products across Dizzaract’s ecosystem — from gaming platforms to AI-powered tools.
This is a high-ownership role. You will be responsible for the frontend across multiple core surfaces including dashboards, websites, and desktop applications.
You bring deep expertise, strong engineering instincts, and the ability to execute independently on complex frontend challenges. You move fast without cutting corners because you understand the balance between speed, scalability, and quality.
03. WHO YOU ARE
- You think in systems, not just screens.
- You’ve shipped complex frontend products end-to-end and understand how to maintain them at scale.
- You care deeply about performance, usability, and clean architecture.
- You’re comfortable working across product, design, and backend teams without heavy supervision.
- You take ownership from first commit to production release.
- You move fast, adapt quickly, and know when to slow down for quality.
- You’re comfortable operating in fast-changing environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
04. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain high-quality frontend applications using React and Next.js.
- Translate product and design requirements into scalable, maintainable UI.
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs, GraphQL, and real-time services.
- Drive frontend performance optimization including Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, and code splitting.
- Ensure responsive design and cross-platform compatibility across devices and environments.
- Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, standards, and best practices.
- Continuously improve user experience through iteration, analytics, and feedback.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high engineering standards across the frontend stack.
- Support rapid product experimentation while maintaining production stability.
05. REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of frontend development experience with production-grade applications.
- Strong expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS.
- Deep understanding of frontend architecture, rendering strategies (SSR / SSG / ISR), and state management.
- Strong experience integrating REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and third-party services.
- Proven ability to optimize frontend applications for performance and scalability.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced product environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical decisions clearly.
- Experience working on products from zero to launch is highly preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience building gaming, AI, or Web3 products.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries at scale.
- Experience building desktop applications with Electron or Tauri.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and deployment workflows.
- Open-source contributions or technical writing experience.
06. WHAT WE OFFER
- Real ownership and direct impact on a global AI infrastructure product.
- Fast execution, low bureaucracy, and a highly collaborative, idea-driven team.
- Exposure to cutting-edge AI, gaming platforms, and digital asset economies.
- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
- 24 days annual leave, plus public holidays.
- Health insurance.
- Modern office in Yas Creative Hub.
- Continuous learning through real-world problem solving — not just theory.
- The opportunity to shape what you're working on and influence product direction.
- A diverse, open-minded team where ideas are genuinely heard.
