Raytheon Emirates is looking for a Senior Finance Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for financial reporting, planning, and analysis while partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders to support overall business objectives.
As the Finance Specialist for Raytheon Emirates, you will deliver accurate, data‑driven financial insights across multiple areas of the organization to help ensure strong and consistent financial performance. This position reports to the Raytheon Emirates Finance Lead based in the United Arab Emirates.
This onsite role will be based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab of Emirates.
Traveling to multiple sites may be required.
Key Tasks for Success of the Team
- Measure financial performance and communicate results to key stakeholders to support strategic business decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying faster, more accurate ways to leverage financial information.
- Apply critical thinking, data analysis, and factual insights to solve problems and make well‑informed recommendations.
What You Will Do
- Perform financial analysis to support landed company operations and contribute to budget development, management, and tracking.
- Develop financial models to evaluate historical performance and forecast future results for landed company activities.
- Consolidate and assess financial metrics—including bookings, sales, earnings, and cash—against the annual operating plan.
- Support new business capture by participating in strategic proposal development and financial assessments.
- Identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities to help guide business decisions.
- Assist in the Annual Operating Plan and Long-Range Plan (5-Year Plan) processes.
- Support the monthly forecasting cycle and the quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) development.
- Conduct ad‑hoc financial analyses, data integrity checks, and validations related to program and landed company financials.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5+ years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3+ years’ experience.
- Experience working with SAP and Business Warehouse.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into clear management insights and actionable recommendations aligned with strategic objectives.
- Proven capability to drive resolution of critical business challenges and key issues.
- Willingness to travel to multiple sites as needed.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, and or general business preferred.
