We are looking for a Senior Corporate Strategy Director who can take ownership of our strategic growth initiatives. You aren’t just reviewing reports or attending board meetings; you are defining the direction of the business. You will lead a team of senior analysts, department leaders, and strategic advisors, bridging the gap between executive vision and operational execution. You are the voice of growth, innovation, and business transformation in a room full of stakeholders, investors, and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning Ownership:
Develop, execute, and continuously refine corporate growth strategies. Ensure alignment across all business units and leadership teams.

End-to-End Business Leadership:
Lead the strategic planning process from market research and competitive analysis to execution planning and performance measurement.

Team Leadership:
Mentor senior analysts, strategy managers, and department leaders. Conduct leadership reviews and provide guidance that elevates organizational performance.

Market Intelligence:
Don’t just rely on assumptions. Validate business decisions through market research, competitor analysis, and financial performance data before implementing strategic initiatives.

Stakeholder Management:
Present strategic recommendations, growth opportunities, and investment cases to executive leadership, board members, and key partners. You can explain why a strategic move matters—not just that it looks good on paper.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
8+ years in Corporate Strategy, Business Development, Consulting, or Executive Leadership, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership or management role.

Portfolio:
A proven track record of leading successful business transformation initiatives, market expansion strategies, or operational restructuring projects is non-negotiable. We want to see measurable business outcomes, not just presentations.

Tooling:
You are highly experienced with business intelligence platforms, strategic reporting tools, financial modeling software, and executive dashboards.

Language Skills:
English (Professional/Business Fluency) is required for executive communication and international business partnerships. Arabic is highly valued for regional stakeholder engagement.

Mindset:
You are pragmatic. You know when to pursue long-term strategic perfection and when to move quickly to capture market opportunities.
