Job Description
Conduct WSH inspections, internal audits, and risk assessments across both construction projects and operational assets
Identify hazards and recommend appropriate risk control measures and follow up on their implementation with contractors and managing agents
Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
Plan and deliver safety training, inductions, and WSH programmes to promote a positive safety culture
Liaise with managing agents, contractors, consultants, and service providers to ensure compliance with WSH requirements
Maintain proper documentation of WSH activities, including inspections, incidents, training, and statistics, and prepare reports for management and authorities as required
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer
Experience in facility management, construction, and Design for Safety; familiarity with ISO 45001 is an added advantage
Strong knowledge of the WSH Act, regulations, codes of practice, and risk management
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and train workers at all levels
Able to work independently and in a team, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
Any other duties as assigned
