Responsibility and Authority
- Responsible for all government license / certificate application / renewal / registration and maintenance for all branches. (Included LMW, MPSP, MPPP, Police license, SMK Direct Use – Penang /Kulim and etc.);
- Coordinate with Marketing Department / transporters to schedule and arrange shipment to meet shipment date;
- Responsible in planning and monitoring to ensure timely departure and arrival of shipment;
- To arrange/ booking container and related shipping document;
- To arrange/ booking local transport shipment and related shipping document;
- To prepare documentation for Customs;
- To perform any other duties as required by Management.
- To attend Customs queries if any.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 to 7 years of working experience in LMW industry;
- Must be able to work independently and low supervision;
- Good communication skills
- Computer literate, self-motivated, and with high degree of responsibilities
Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
