Job Summary
Manages the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. This role owns HR data integrity, coordinates high-level academic appointments, and ensures smooth daily human capital operations.
Quick Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in HR Operations or Human Capital Administration.
- Core Focus: Full employee lifecycle (no payroll, recruitment, or L\&D).
- Setting: Higher education/university environment (highly preferred).
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Lifecycle \& Operations
- Onboarding \& Offboarding: Own the entire process, from welcoming new hires to managing exit clearances and final settlements.
- Query Resolution: Serve as the main point of contact for staff inquiries regarding HR policies and operations.
2. Contracts \& High-Level Appointments
- Senior Appointments: Prepare and issue Letters of Appointment (LOA) for senior roles (Deans, HODs, Adjunct Professors, and Board Members).
- Contract Renewals: Track academic staff contract expiry dates, manage renewal reminders, and secure management approvals.
3. Performance \& Benefits Administration
- Appraisals: Coordinate the annual performance review cycle, follow up on deadlines, and summarize scores for management.
- Scholarships: Review and process staff scholarship applications and renewals.
- Insurance: Oversee staff medical insurance enrollments and resolve complex panel clinic claims.
4. Data, Systems \& Compliance
- HRIS \& Records: Maintain accurate employee databases and digital personnel files.
- Data Analytics: Generate HR operational reports and trend analysis (excluding payroll data).
- Audit Readiness: Keep all documentation compliant and ready for internal or external audits.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
