Senior Enterprise Solutions Manager

About the Role:
Data Solusi Indonesia Digital Transformation \& Enterprise Solutions W.L.L. is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Enterprise Solutions Manager to lead enterprise technology solutions, digital transformation initiatives, and business systems integration in Kuwait City. This role focuses on delivering scalable enterprise platforms, optimizing operational technology environments, and driving digital innovation across client and organizational infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enterprise Solutions Leadership: Oversee implementation and management of enterprise software and digital transformation solutions
• Technology Integration Management: Lead integration of ERP, CRM, cloud systems, and enterprise platforms
• Business Process Optimization: Improve operational efficiency through automation and enterprise technology solutions
• Client Solutions Management: Work with enterprise clients to identify business needs and deliver scalable digital solutions
• Systems Performance Oversight: Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of enterprise environments
• Project Governance: Manage project timelines, budgets, technical requirements, and implementation phases
• Innovation \& Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies and align digital solutions with business goals
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with executives, IT teams, vendors, and clients
• Team Leadership: Lead solution architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Senior-level experience in enterprise systems, digital transformation, or technology consulting
• Skills: Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, systems integration, and operational strategy
• Education: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in ERP systems, cloud platforms, SaaS solutions, or enterprise infrastructure
• Leadership: Ability to manage complex enterprise projects and multi-functional teams
