Senior Enterprise Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary:
SoftEngineLab Technologies WLL is seeking a Senior Enterprise Software Engineering Manager to lead large-scale software development initiatives, enterprise application architecture, and engineering team performance. This role is responsible for overseeing full software development lifecycles, ensuring scalable system design, and delivering high-quality enterprise solutions aligned with business objectives. What you'll do:

• Lead enterprise software engineering teams across multiple development projects
• Define system architecture, coding standards, and software engineering best practices
• Oversee full SDLC including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications
• Manage agile development processes, sprint planning, and release cycles
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders
• Drive DevOps adoption, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices
• Conduct code reviews and enforce software quality standards
• Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and maintainability

Requirements:

• Experience in software engineering management or technical leadership roles
• Strong background in enterprise application development and system design
• Proficiency in backend and frontend technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Node.js, or similar)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong knowledge of microservices, APIs, and distributed systems
• Experience managing agile engineering teams and large-scale projects
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay: QAR24,000.00 - QAR42,000.00 per month
