Position: Senior Embroidery Designer

COOL SILK TEXTILE LLC is now hiring a Senior Embroidery Designer with strong professional design skills and refined aesthetic judgment. We are looking for someone who is not only able to operate design software, but who truly understands pattern aesthetics, garment style, market demand, and practical embroidery production.

This position is suitable for a designer with mature experience in embroidery design, the ability to independently create high-quality design concepts, and the ability to combine artistic taste with commercial product development.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for embroidery pattern design for garments, fabrics, and finished apparel, including floral, geometric, Arabic style, European ornamental, modern abstract, and other design directions.
• Independently develop high-quality embroidery design concepts based on customer requirements, brand style, and market trends.
• Control the overall visual quality of the design, including composition, proportion, empty space, layering, color matching, and detail expression.
• Handle the full design process from creative concept or sketch to final design artwork, ensuring the design is both visually attractive and suitable for production.
• Communicate with the sales team, fabric designers, and production team to ensure the design meets customer needs and practical embroidery process requirements.
• Participate in new product development and continuously improve the visual quality and market competitiveness of the company’s embroidery products.

Requirements

• Rich experience in embroidery design and familiarity with the embroidery design process for garments, fabrics, finished apparel, or the fashion industry.
• Strong professional design ability and the capability to independently create original embroidery patterns.
• Excellent aesthetic judgment, with a sharp sense of pattern composition, color matching, style positioning, and detail quality.
• Familiarity with embroidery techniques and understanding of different stitches, density, thread effects, layering, and actual production results.
• Proficiency in relevant design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Wilcom, Hatch, Pulse, or other embroidery digitizing software.
• Understanding of Middle Eastern, GCC, Abaya, Modest Fashion, or high-end women’s fashion styles is preferred.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to accurately understand customer needs and transform them into high-quality designs.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to revise and continuously improve designs.

This position is not suitable for someone who only does simple tracing, copying, or basic software operation.

We are looking for a designer with real design thinking, who can judge what looks premium, what is commercially sellable, and what kind of pattern is suitable for fabrics and garments.

You should understand:

• How to make embroidery designs look elegant, premium, and refined;
• How to control pattern density, proportion, and empty space;
• How to adjust designs according to different fabrics and garment styles;
• How to make designs both beautiful and practical for production;
• How to avoid designs that look cheap, messy, over-decorated, or lack market appeal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in embroidery design for the Middle Eastern market, Abaya, Jalabiya, Kaftan, or high-end women’s fashion.
• A strong portfolio showing embroidery designs in different styles.
• Familiarity with fabric pattern design, print design, or garment graphic development.
• Ability to combine AI tools, hand drawing, vector design, and embroidery techniques in the creative process.
• Experience in factory sampling, production follow-up, or embroidery digitizing.
