Job Summary:

Bright Sky E-Commerce Bahrain is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our online business operations. This leadership role is ideal for a professional who enjoys improving processes, driving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experiences, and supporting business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless e-commerce operations, strong marketplace performance, and sustainable growth.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily e-commerce operations and support business performance objectives
• Manage online store operations, marketplace activities, and order fulfillment processes
• Monitor sales performance, operational metrics, and customer satisfaction indicators
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, logistics, and technology teams
• Support inventory planning, product availability, and operational coordination
• Analyze business data and prepare reports to support decision-making
• Implement process improvements that enhance operational effectiveness

Requirements:
