We are seeking an experienced Senior Draughtsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural and structural drafting for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. The Senior Draughtsman will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans, including precise workshop drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed architectural and structural drawings for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications.

Ensure all drawings are accurate and comply with industry standards and regulations.

Create and develop precise workshop drawings.

Review and revise drawings based on feedback and changes in project scope.

Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

Maintain and organize project files and documentation.

Contribute to improving drafting processes and suggest enhancements for efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural and structural drafting.

Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant drafting tools.

Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Experience in creating precise workshop drawings.
