Senior Digital Transformation Manager

About the Role:
FutureWorks Digital Transformation \& Technology Solutions W.L.L. is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Digital Transformation Manager to lead enterprise technology modernization, process automation, and digital innovation initiatives in Kuwait City. This role focuses on driving organizational transformation through technology adoption, operational optimization, and scalable digital solutions across business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Transformation Leadership: Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation strategies and modernization initiatives
• Technology Integration Management: Oversee implementation of digital platforms, automation systems, and enterprise technologies
• Business Process Optimization: Improve operational workflows, efficiency, and digital capabilities across departments
• Change Management: Drive organizational adoption of new technologies and digital processes
• Data \& Systems Strategy: Support data-driven decision-making, analytics integration, and system scalability
• Innovation \& Emerging Technologies: Evaluate and implement modern technologies to enhance business performance
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with executives, IT teams, vendors, and business units
• Project Governance: Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and digital transformation roadmaps
• Team Leadership: Lead digital transformation specialists, analysts, and project teams

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Senior-level experience in digital transformation, enterprise technology, or business process modernization
• Skills: Strong strategic planning, technology management, and operational transformation capabilities
• Education: Degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in enterprise systems, automation, cloud technologies, or digital strategy
• Leadership: Ability to manage complex transformation projects and cross-functional teams

Pay: KD2,200.000 - KD4,500.000 per month
