Overview:
MxV Rail is seeking a seasoned, highly skilled digital media professional to serve as a senior-level individual contributor, supporting enterprise-wide communications. This role is responsible for end-to-end multimedia content development, including social media, photography, videography, graphic design, and drone-supported capture, as well as digital asset management and basic website support.
This position requires a minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience and demonstrated ability to independently lead content production efforts from concept through execution across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is both a creative and technical expert who can operate with minimal oversight, maintain high production standards, and contribute to strategic storytelling across the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
Social Media and Digital Content Development
- Support the development and execution of social media content across platforms including Eurostaffs, Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
- Ensure all content aligns with MxV Rail brand voice, quality standards, and messaging.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content and support a strategic, consistent content calendar.
- Create and publish engaging, on-brand content including graphics, photography, and video.
- Ensures that all duties and responsibilities are performed in a safe manner.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Photography
- Capture high-quality photography in office and field environments, including tours, events, training, and project activities.
- Edit and prepare images for use across digital, print, and presentation platforms.
- Maintain an organized photo library with proper naming conventions, tagging, and usage tracking.
- Manage and support access to photography assets across the organization.
Videography
- Lead video production efforts, including concept development, filming, editing, and final delivery.
- Produce content for marketing, outreach, training, and internal communications.
- Create short-form and long-form content optimized for digital and social platforms.
- Maintain organized video files, project assets, and production archives.
Graphic Design and Creative Support
- Design and produce print and digital materials, including flyers, signage, social graphics, presentations, and tradeshow assets.
- Ensure all design work consistently aligns with MxV Rail branding standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate ideas into high-quality visual outputs.
- Coordinate with vendors for printing and production as needed.
Drone Operations
- Capture drone-based photo and video content in support of marketing, outreach, and operational storytelling.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, regulatory, and internal policies for drone usage.
- Maintain flight logs, documentation, and asset organization associated with drone operations.
- Support integration of drone content into broader media and communications efforts.
Digital Asset and Media Management
- Develop and maintain structured media libraries for photography, video, and graphics.
- Implement and follow best practices for asset organization, metadata, and retrieval.
- Support internal requests for media assets and ensure timely and efficient access.
Website Support
- Provide basic updates and refreshes to website content using content management systems (e.g., WordPress or similar).
- Upload and maintain visual and multimedia content on web platforms.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure website content remains current and aligned with messaging.
Team and Operational Support
- Support the Marketing \& Communications intake process and project tracking workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support marketing initiatives, events, and outreach efforts.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
Required Skills \& Abilities:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in digital media production, marketing communications, or creative services.
- Demonstrated ability to independently execute and manage end-to-end multimedia production across multiple content formats.
- Proven experience across photography, videography, social media content creation, and graphic design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and strong working knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Experience creating content for multiple platforms, including social media, web, and digital campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including editing and proofreading.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and general digital platforms.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Ability to work in both office and field environments, including industrial or railroad settings.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Ten-plus years of experience in multimedia production or digital content development.
- Experience with the following:
- Drone operations and applicable certifications (e.g., FAA Part 107).
- Content management systems (WordPress or similar).
- Developing or maintaining digital asset management systems or structured content libraries.
- Working in industrial, transportation, or technical environments.

- Travel: Travel will be required to support industry events and outreach, and it is estimated to be 15 – 20%.

Salary Range: $75,143 - $78,150 DOQ
