Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing expert to spearhead campaigns that enhance property sales and leasing efforts across residential, commercial, industrial, and healthcare sectors. This leadership role involves managing marketing strategies, digital channels, agent relationships, and budget oversight, with direct reporting to the Head of Marketing and supervision of the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute integrated marketing plans, advertising initiatives, and promotional events to elevate brand visibility and property interest.
- Create compelling marketing and communication materials tailored for sales, leasing, and customer engagement activities.
- Oversee daily digital marketing operations, including social media management, campaign scheduling, performance tracking, and content optimization.
- Plan and purchase media placements, manage campaign trafficking, and analyze media performance to maximize ROI.
- Develop and present media strategies and proposals, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with external agencies and online platforms for co-promotional opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with property agents and their teams through regular communication and collaborative initiatives.
- Monitor and control marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Lead daily departmental activities and provide guidance and supervision to team members.
- Assess campaign effectiveness through performance metrics, adjusting strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Between 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, ideally within multinational corporations or the real estate sector.
- Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for creative design and visual storytelling.
- Extensive knowledge of media buying, including experience working with print, outdoor advertising, digital, and social media channels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as SEO, SEM, programmatic advertising, and dynamic creative optimization (DCO).
- Ability to develop and execute lead generation campaigns with detailed tracking and continuous optimization to boost sales performance.
