The Role The Senior Digital Content and Channels Advisor reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing - Invest Victoria, and is responsible for planning, developing, delivering and evaluating high-quality content across Invest Victoria's owned social and digital marketing channels to support investment attraction, business engagement and brand objectives. The role translates complex policy, industry and investment information into clear, accurate and compelling content for domestic and international investment audiences. It provides specialist advice on content strategy, digital channels and performance, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging is consistent, investor-focused and aligned to government priorities. As a member of the Trade, Global Engagement, International Education and Migration branch, you will have the opportunity to contribute to projects by making a meaningful difference to Victoria's investment outcomes. Main accountabilities:* Develop and deliver investor-focused content across owned channels and lead the end-to-end content lifecycle, including planning, drafting, editing, approvals and publishing. * Manage the day-to-day publishing across key Invest Victoria digital channels (websites, social media and eDMs), and work with the Manager Marketing to develop and implement digital strategies and plans to meet the business needs. * Apply SEO, analytics and platform insights to improve reach, engagement and content performance and monitor channel performance and provide insights and recommendations to inform continuous improvement. * Produce and deliver a diverse range of quality marketing plans and collateral for both domestic and international audiences as required.
The Team The position of Senior Digital Content and Channels Advisor (Invest Victoria) forms a part of the Trade, Global Engagement, International Education and Migration Branch within the Industry, Trade and Investment Group. The Trade, Global Engagement, International Education and Migration Branch connects Victoria to global opportunities. We do this by building the export capability of Victorian businesses, connecting Victorians to global trade opportunities through our international network of 23 offices, promoting our world class industry capabilities to international audiences and seeking to attract and retain the best global talent. We take a leadership role for global engagement across Government and advocate for the best policy settings for Victoria to be globally competitive. The Client and Digital Engagement team manages the Study Melbourne, Global Victoria and Invest Victoria brands and implements client engagement initiatives including campaigns, partnerships and events to promote trade, investment and international student services, programs and projects.
