We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build and scale robust infrastructure and deployment pipelines across cloud-native environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Kubernetes, CI/CD automation and Azure cloud architecture to drive reliability, speed and operational excellence across our engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines with a focus on reliability and speed
- Manage and troubleshoot production-grade Kubernetes clusters including pod orchestration and service mesh configurations
- Develop automation scripts and infrastructure tooling using Python
- Build and maintain multi-stage GitLab CI/CD pipelines leveraging templates shared runners and artifacts
- Architect and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure including AKS networking and IAM/RBAC
- Implement pipeline-as-code best practices across projects
- Deploy and manage Helm charts for Kubernetes workloads
- Ensure cost optimization and scalability of cloud architecture
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps engineering or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Python for automation scripting and building CI/CD utilities
- Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes including cluster management Helm charts and service mesh (Istio)
- Hands-on experience designing building and maintaining end-to-end CI/CD pipelines
- Deep expertise in GitLab CI/CD including multi-stage pipelines templates and shared runners
- Solid knowledge of Azure services including AKS Azure DevOps and Virtual Networks
- Familiarity with Azure IAM/RBAC Storage and Key Vault
- Experience in cloud architecture and cost optimization
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools including Prometheus Grafana and Azure Monitor
- Skills in ELK stack and shell scripting (Bash/PowerShell)
- Understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS load balancing and ingress controllers
- Background in incident management and on-call experience
