Job Title: Senior Consultant – Business Analyst (Data)
Location: Doha, Qatar (Onsite, Full-Time)
Language: Bilingual (Arabic \& English) – Mandatory

The Role
Bridge business stakeholders and technical data teams to deliver Data Governance, Data Quality, and modern BI platforms. Own requirements, backlog, and product value from concept to release.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement workshops \& secure stakeholder sign-off.
• Write clear user stories and specification documents.
• Manage sprint backlog \& validate stories throughout development.
• Liaise between business and data teams.
• Plan \& execute UAT; support testing strategy and scripts.
• Work in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
• Oversee product releases \& manage customer expectations.
• Lead training for end-users and internal teams.

Must-Haves

• 8+ years in Business Analysis (Data/BI).
• Industry experience in Public Sector, Census, International Trade, or Socio-Economic Analysis.
• Advanced SQL \& Power BI expertise.
• Deep knowledge of Data Warehousing, Self-Service BI, and Data Storytelling.
• Expert in gap analysis, process mapping, mock-ups, and facilitation.
• Superior writing skills for concise, structured documentation.
• Advanced MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business, CS, Analytics, or related field.
