Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of UAE experience in civil construction projects (mandatory)
• Proven experience in Healthcare Projects and Musanada Projects (mandatory)
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, regulations, and local authority requirements
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Manage communication with clients across multiple projects and provide technical and engineering support.
• Administer civil engineering projects, including planning, cost estimation, proposal preparation, and project execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with approved schedules, budgets, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Supervise engineering teams, evaluate performance, and provide guidance and training when required.
• Oversee all civil construction activities, including private and municipal projects.
• Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and presentations for management and client meetings.
• Review and prepare engineering drawings and assist with design calculations.
• Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and identify opportunities to improve project performance and implementation strategies.
• Participate in recruitment activities and technical interviews based on project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong report-writing and presentation skills
