We are looking for a Senior Categorisation Manager who can help support our future as we grow our business in Turkey. If you are analytical and details-oriented with a knack for self-serving data, are passionate about the intersection of Product/CX and Marketing and have a love of all things TV and Film, come join our team. Key job responsibilities

• Manage content merchandising strategies across owned and operated channels for Prime Video, collaborating across Content, Programming, Marketing and Product teams to surface the right content to the right customer through the right channel at the right time.
• Build and maintain scalable frameworks to define and optimise content placement across Amazon Marketing resources to improve customers’ experiences and drive business outputs.
• Support the Head of Programing on building a cohesive content schedule across all content verticals offered by Prime Video, building effective processes to identify, document and prioritise content release and surfacing plans for customers in Turkey.
• Act as the custodian of the local customer experience across all our marketing channels channels, developing and scaling Walk The Store/CX improvement programs.
• Continuously assess the effectiveness of categorisation and merchandising strategies through monitoring engagement and product metrics, making data-driven recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify new opportunities to boost Customer Engagement locally by optimising storefront and marketing resourcing, continually assessing new opportunities, building new mechanisms, and running tests and experiments to drive improvements and inform new product development. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks
• Experienced in conducting quantitative analysis using Excel or similar tools
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
